The Hahnes building will feature a large public atrium that will enliven the downtown and connect the varied users of the development.

The 1911 Hahnes department store is being reinvented by L&M Development as a mixed-used building welcoming office, retail and education tenants.

The atrium, visible on this plan, will link Halsey Street and Broad Street.
